We are collaborating with emergency operations officials, cell service providers, businesses and individuals as our teams continue to help in the restoration efforts.

As services are restored, we will be notifying customers via email. If you would like to report a service outage please submit an online support request or call (808) 643-6111.

Things to be aware of

Keep phone lines open for emergency purposes

We encourage all customers to keep non-essential calls to a minimum  to ensure that lines can remain open for emergency purposes.

Text or call 911 for emergencies

If you are unable to use your home phone and have an emergency, please call 911 or send a text to 911 using your mobile phone.

Avoid downed lines

For your safety, please avoid downed lines as they could be active power (electric) lines that are potentially dangerous to touch. Moving them could also hamper restoration efforts. You can report fallen utility poles or cables online or by calling (808) 643-6111.
