We are extending call forwarding and billing pause for Hawaiian Telcom residential and business customers who have been impacted by the Maui wildfires. Please complete this form to request a call back so we can confirm your location, and gather your consent and account information.

Please note:

  • If your residence/business was in the fire destruction zones in Lāhainā and Kula, your bill will automatically be put on pause and you do not need to contact us to request a Bill Pause.

  • If your residence/business was outside the fire destruction zones and was impacted by the fire please fill in the form to request a Bill Pause.

BILL PAUSE:

What is Bill Pause?
Bill Pause means you will not receive a bill or be charged for your Hawaiian Telcom services. You will not need to submit payment during Bill Pause.

Who qualifies for the Bill Pause?
If your residence/business was in the fire destruction zones in Lāhainā and Kula, your bill will automatically be put on pause and you do not need to contact us to request this.

What if my home or business was damaged or destroyed by the fire but I am outside of the fire devastated areas of Lāhainā and Kula?
Please submit the form above to request your Hawaiian Telcom Bill to be temporarily paused.  

When will my Billing resume? 
We realize these are unprecedented times. Please know we will have the Bill Pause indefinitely and you may contact us when you are ready to resume your services.

CALL FORWARDING:

What is call forwarding?
Call forwarding will allow Hawaiian Telcom to temporarily restore your landline service by redirecting the number to another number of your choice.

Who is call forwarding being offered to?
This service is being provided to customers who are in the Lahaina, Napili, Kaanapali, Kapalua and customers located in areas where wildfires have made phone numbers unreachable. 

Why is Hawaiian Telcom providing call forwarding?
We understand the tremendous impact the fires across Maui have had on customers. We want to provide our customers with the option to forward their Hawaiian Telcom landline numbers to an alternative number that is accessible. 

Is there a cost to utilize the call forwarding services?
There is no cost associated with setting up the call forwarding service.

How do I remove call forwarding from my phone service?
To remove call forwarding, please complete the form above or call us at (808) 643-6284 to request a call back.

Will my advanced call features be available?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to provide any advanced calling features on forwarded calls. If you were a subscriber to any of these features and/or multiple lines, the forwarding service will only be from your main number to another number.
