Consumer Broadband Labels for Residential Customers

What is a Broadband Label?
A Broadband Label is an informational label that is designed to give customers transparency on Internet only accounts. Hawaiian Telcom labels contain “Broadband Facts” — with information a customer should know when signing up for a new service or plan, from price to speeds similar to the label on the back of a cereal box.

Why is the Consumer Broadband Label important?
Hawaiian Telcom has always strived to provide clear pricing and value along with transparent billing for our customers, and we believe that these labels will further aid in that effort. Labels like these allow customers to understand what they are paying and what’s included — and what’s not — in that price.
